Ronald Herbert Bills, 60, of the 3100 block of Humbolt St., died Aug. 15, 1995, in his home.
Mr. Bills was a retired electrician of the civil service where he worked for 30 years. He was born in Rochester, N.Y., and was a member of I.B.E.W. (NU)734.
He is survived by his wife, Chie A. Bills; one daughter, Kathy A. Miller of Chesapeake; two sons, Robert Bills of Chesapeake and William Bills of Norfolk; one step-brother, Clay Blanchard of San Francisco, Calif.; and four grandchildren.
A memorial service wil be held at 7 p.m. Monday in Smith and Williams Funeral Home, Norfolk Chapel, by the Rev. Larry Miles.
