Richard Rivers Manela, 23, of the 8000 block of Crescent Road, a construction worker, died Aug. 19, 1995, in Norfolk.
Mr. Manela was born in Portsmouth and was Catholic. He had attended Granby High School.
Survivors include his parents, Renato and Lena Manela of Norfolk; and four sisters, Renee R. Manela, Nicole R. Manela, Lisa R. Manela and Karen R. Manela, all of Norfolk.
A funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Wednesday in Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Tidewater Drive Chapel, by Father William J. Dale. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery.
