Sarah E. Barnes, died Wednesday, Aug. 16, 1995, at her home.
She was the daughter of the late Taylor Flowers Cooper Jr.
She is survived by her mother, Bernie Felts of Norline, N.C.; and one brother, Willie Richard Felts, II of Norline, N.C.; and four sisters, Mary Ellen Bradley, Naomi Brown, Phyllis Wright, all three of Portsmouth, Va., and Billie-Jean Stiffer of Chicago, Ill., as well as several aunts and nieces.
