Devin William Howell, 5, died Aug. 20, 1995, in a Washington, D.C. hospital.
He was born in Tampa, Fla. Survivors include his parents, Deborah Jean Howell and Joaquin Howell, both of Norfolk; one brother, Dustin James Howell of Norfolk; maternal grandparents of Key West, Fla.; and paternal grandparents of Lawrenceburg, Tenn.
The funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Thursday in Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Tidewater Drive Chapel, by the Rev. Paul D. Moore. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 7 to 9 p.m. today.
