Medicine Shoppe pharmacists in Hampton Roads are donating to the Muscular Dystrophy Association 10 cents from every dollar received from sales of over-the-counter products during August.
MDA operates a clinic at Sentara Norfolk General Hospital and funds research at Eastern Virginia Medical School. This summer, about 150 youth with neuromuscular diseases spent a week at MDA summer camp in Wakefield.
