Blanche Thomas Armstrong, 89, of the 1400 block of Salton Drive, died Aug. 23, 1995, in Norfolk.
She was a native of Lawrenceville, Va., and was the widow of Howard R. Armstrong. She was a member of Fairview Church of Christ, Chesapeake.
Survivors include one son, Crawford L. Armstrong of Chesapeake; one sister, Virginia Kiker of Norfolk; five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
The graveside service will be conducted at 11:30 a.m. Modnay in Rosewood Memorial Park by the Rev. Gerald L. Stemn. The family will receive friends at Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Indian River Chapel, from 7 to 8 p.m. Sunday.
