Catherine Harris Dail, 90, of the 200 block of Velva Drive, died Aug. 24, 1995, in a Chesapeake hospital.
Mrs. Dail, the widow of Oliver Dail Sr., was born in South Creek, N.C.
Survivors include one daughter, Bliss Potter of New Bern, N.C.; one daughter-in-law, Alma Harris of Chesapeake; five grandchildren, Carolyn Burke, Bliss Orfield, and Leon Potter, all of Chesapeake, Sybil Manning of New Bern, Vivian Eubanks of Pollocksville, N.C.; eight great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends at Graham Funeral Home, South Norfolk Chapel, from 7 to 8 p.m. today. She will be taken to Paul Funeral Home, Washington, N.C., for a visitation on Sunday from 7 to 9 p.m. A graveside service will be held at 1 p.m. Monday in the Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery, South Creek, N.C.
