Police arrested a Norfolk man Thursday night in connection with the death of Walter L. Williams, who was shot Aug. 7 in the 1400 block of Dungee St.
Williams died at Sentara Norfolk General Hospital Wednesday, police said.
Theodore E. Green, 35, of the 5700 block of Bartee St. was arrested at his home by homicide investigators at 8:30 p.m., police said. He was charged with murder and using a firearm to commit a felony.
