Judith Ann Manes-Moen, 29, of the 2200 block of Windom Place, died Aug. 25, 1995, in Virginia Beach.
Judith was a native of Jacksonville, Fla. She was a member of St. Nicholas Catholic Church in Virginia Beach. She was a computer draft-person for Hassell and Folkes P.C. in Chesapeake.
Survivors include her husband, Jonathan Peter Moen; a daughter, Katelyn Sara Manes, and a son, Harley William Moen, both of Virginia Beach; a stepdaughter, Fallon Gabrielle Moen of Fayetteville, N.Y.; her mother, Carolyn M. Kemp of Virginia Beach; a sister, Edi-Marie Edwards of Virginia Beach; five brothers, Steven Thomas Kemp of Cape Cod, Mass., Richard Fulton Kemp and William John Kemp, both of Virginia Beach, T. David Kemp of Seattle, Wash., Christopher Paul Kemp of Colorado Springs, Colo.; her grandmother, Ida Mennucci of Pawtucket, R.I.; four nieces; and five nephews. She was preceded in death by her father, Cmdr. William Kemp, USN (Ret.).
A Mass of Christian Burial will be conducted at 10 a.m. Wednesday in St. Nicholas Catholic Church by Father James A. Noto. A Christian wake service will be at St. Nicholas Catholic Church Tuesday at 7:30 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the family for the benefit of Katelyn Sara and Harley William. H.D. Oliver Funeral Apts., Laskin Road Chapel, is handling arrangements.
