Mildred Williams Vaughan, 66, passed away Sunday at her home in Conway.
Mrs. Vaughan was a member of Margarettsville Baptist Church and former post master at post offices in Severn, Conway, Littleton and Murfreesboro.
Survivors include her husband, E.C. ``Tom'' Vaughan; one daughter, Beth Vaughan Futrell and son-in-law, Billy Futrell of Conway; one son, Tommy Vaughan and daughter-in-law, Lillie Vaughan of Margarettsville, N.C.; two granchildren, Lucas and Lindsey Vaughan; two sisters, Mrs. Pearl Brown of Franklin, Va. and Mrs. Helen Caldwell of Staunton, Va.; and one half-brother, Donald Williams of Maryland.
A funeral will be held at 3 p.m. Tuesday in Margarettsville Baptist Church. Burial will follow in Conway Cemetery. The family will receive friends at Jackson Funeral Home from 7 to 9 p.m. today.
