Jimmy Lee Koenig, 24, of the 1700 block of White Head Court, died Monday, Aug. 28, 1995.
He was employed in the construction business as a trim carpenter.
Survivors include his wife, Stacey Delaney Koenig; his parents, Henry and Penny Koenig; a brother, Peter H. Koenig; a sister, Jennifer L. Koenig, all of Chesapeake; paternal grandparents, Carl and Ann Finch of Desoto, Mo.; maternal grandparents, Pete and Dolores Youngcourt of Afton, Mo.; paternal grandmother, Julie E. Koenig of St. Louis, Mo.; and a niece, Emily Taylor of Chesapeake.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, Sept. 1, 1995, at 10:30 a.m. in Twiford Funeral Home, Colonial Chapel, Great Bridge. The family will receive friends for visitation, Thursday from 7 to 9 p.m., Aug. 31, 1995. The family has requested that in lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Karen Jensen at 423-2832.
