Between 8 p.m. and 6 a.m., curbside parking in the resort area is limited to residents of the area and their guests, providing they have the proper city permits and decals.
Also, hours for parking at the 31st Street lot on Atlantic Avenue are 8 a.m. and 2 a.m.
