Holy snappin' duck butter! I cannot believe the stupidity of Virginia Beach residents:
The School Board spends an extra $7 million on your children's education and you want to hang someone. I just wish the board would have spent it while you were in school; maybe then you'd see that this is good. What did you want the board to spend it on? A water pipe?
I'm glad the School Board spent it, and hope it spends more this year.
