Jason Charles Poore Jr., three months old, of the 900 block of Glenridge Court, died Sept. 1, 1995, in Children's Hospital of The King's Daughters.
Jason was born in Norfolk.
He is survived by his mother, Kimberly Ann Mills; his father, Jason Charles Poore Sr.; maternal grandparents, Mrs. Janice Mills and Albert Mills; and paternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Samuel Poore, all of Virginia Beach; maternal and paternal great-grandparents; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
A graveside service will be conducted at 1 p.m. Tuesday in Rosewood Memorial Park by Pastor Wally Odom. Friends may join the family from 7 to 9 p.m. today at Smith & Williams Funeral Home, Kempsville Chapel. Donations may be made to the American Heart Association.
Our precious baby Jason, God sent you to us to love, to hold, to cherish. You were here for such a short while, but you were our dear and precious child though you are gone. The memories will linger on because you are our little angel in heaven. We love and miss you so very much, our Boogie Baby Boy.
