Ethel Pratt Williams, 87, died Sept. 2, 1995, in Norfolk.
Mrs. Williams was born in St. Augustine, Fla., and was the widow of Marvin C. Williams. She was retired from J.C. Penney's.
Survivors include a son, Jeffery Jerome Pratt of Orlando, Fla.; several nieces and nephews, including Olivia Clark of Norfolk, who cared for her for several years. She was predeceased by a son, Thomas F. Tobey.
A graveside service will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday in Forest Lawn Cemetery. The family will receive friends at Smith & Williams Funeral Home, Norfolk Chapel, from 7 to 8 p.m. today. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Norview Baptist Church Building Fund.
