Police have made an arrest in a fatal weekend shooting.
Dwayne Childs, 31, whose address was unknown, was charged with murder and use of a firearm in the death of William F. Floyd, 43, of the 900 block of Galt St., Norfolk Police Spokesman Larry Hill said.
The shooting occurred Friday night in the 800 block of Fremont St. The motive for the killing remains under investigation, Hill said.
