William Edward Groh Jr., 60, of the 5100 block of Hoffler St., died Aug. 31, 1995, in his residence.
Mr. Groh was a native of Newberry, Mich. He was a retired plumber for Holmes Brothers and was a member of New Temple Grove Pentecostal Church. He was also a U.S. Army veteran of the Korean War.
He is survived by his wife, Peggy Groh; his mother, Alice Coates Groh of Lansing, Mich.; three sons, Dale Groh, David Groh and Donald Groh; two sisters; five brothers; and one grandchild, Brandon Groh.
A memorial service will be conducted at 7 p.m. Wednesday in Mr. Groh's residence, followed by visitation until 10 p.m. Memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society. Sturtevant Funeral Home, Portsmouth Blvd. Chapel, is handling arrangements.
