Robert Lee Harris, 77, of the 1200 block of Sierra Drive, died Sept. 3, 1995, in his residence.
Mr. Harris, a native of Franklin, Va., was the son of the late Robert and Jessie Mae Harris. The widower of Lillian Harris, he was retired from Butler's Paper Company. He was a member of St. Mary Church of God in Christ, Suffolk.
Survivors include four daughters, Henrietta Cherry, Shirley Parker, Mary Harris, and Mollie Harris, all of Suffolk; two sons, Willie Lee Harris of Suffolk and Robert Lee Harris Jr. of Washington, D.C.; two nieces; one sister-in-law; and two brothers-in-law; 25 grandchildren; 32 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
The funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Thursday in St. Mary Church of God in Christ by Elder Dwight Nixon. Burial will be in Oaklawn Cemetery, Suffolk. Crocker Funeral Home is in charge.
