Louise Edwards Warren, 81, died Monday Sept. 4, 1995. The widow of the late John Bob Warren and member of Uzzell's United Methodist Church. She was a native of Isle of Wight County.
Survivors include two daughters, Doris W. Council of Smithfield, Ruby L. Ayers of Carrollton; a son, John Robert Warren of Smithfield; four sisters, Anna Fowler of Windsor, Emily Gay and Lola Gibbs, both of Smithfield, Agnes Chapman of Portsmouth; three brothers, Clarence Edwards and Morris Edwards, both of Smithfield, James Edwards of Windsor; and eight grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday in St. Luke's Memorial Park, with the Rev. John Robert Jones officiating. The family will receive friends from 7 to 8:30 p.m. today in Colonial Funeral Home, Smithfield, and suggests that memorial contributions may be made to the Isle of Wight Volunteer Rescue Squad, P.O. Box 97, Smithfield, Va. 23431.
