Barbara Ann Wiggins, 64, of Raleigh, died Monday, Sept. 4, 1995. A native of Bertie County, N.C., she was the daughter of the late Isaac M. and Minnie Perry Brown.
She is survived by her husband, Buddy Wiggins; son and daughter-in-law, Rick and Sharon Wiggins of Manhattan Beach, Calif.; brothers, Carroll Brown and Bill Brown, both of Colerain, N.C., Ed Brown of Fallbrook, Calif.; sisters, Viola Outland of Sunbury, N.C., Joy Sumner of Colerain, N.C., and Evelyn Leggett of Washington, N.C.
Graveside services will be conducted by the Rev. Dr. Mark White at 11 a.m. Thursday at Oakwood Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 7 to 8:30 p.m. today at Brown-Wynne Funeral Home, St. Mary's Street. The family requests that memorial contributions be made to Tabernacle Baptist Church, 118 South Person St., Raleigh, N.C. 27611 or Mars Hill Baptist Church, Meadow Road, Colerain, N.C. 27924.
