Mikayla Jaye Dancy, the infant daughter of Enc (Sw) Jay W. and Lisa Dancy, died Saturday, Sept. 2, 1995, in Corpus Christi, Texas.
She was preceded in death by her maternal grandfather, Paul Beaty; paternal great-grandfather, Truett Beaty; maternal great-grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. J.W. Wenzel Sr.; paternal great-grandfather, Mr. T.C. Hartley Sr.; and paternal great-grandfather, J.V. Dancy Sr.
Mikayla is survived by her grandparents, Jerry and Mary Ann Harris of Austin, Texas, and Calvin and Priscilla Dancy of Eden, N.C.; great-grandparents, L.D. and Marguerite Lummus of Linden, Texas, Mrs. T. C. Hartley Sr. of Virginia Beach, and Ila Sue Dancy of Eden, N.C.; aunts and uncles, Mr. and Mrs. Greg Beaty of Austin, Texas, Jason Bourassa of Austin, Texas, Melissa Beaty of Graham, Texas, Mr. and Mrs. Gary Stegall of Stoneville, N.C.; and numerous cousins.
Visitations will begin at 1 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 7, 1995, at Memory Gardents Funeral Home. A graveside service will follow at 3 p.m. at Memory Gardens Cemetery.
