Lori Lynn Taylor Causey, 34, of the 1200 block of Portlock Road, died Sept. 2, 1995, in Norfolk.
Mrs. Causey, a clerk with Portlock Pharmacy, was born in Philadelphia, Pa.
Survivors include her husband, Winston Carlyle ``Buddy'' Causey; five daughters, Tina Ann Taylor, Catherine Elizabeth Bowdoin, Christina Lynn Bowdoin, Lori Lynn Bowdoin and Joanna Marie Bowdoin, all of Chesapeake; two sisters, Melanie Jo Shortridge of Portsmouth, and Joy Ann Allie of Spokane, Wash.; two brothers, David Thomas Taylor of Chesapeake, and Timothy Scott Taylor of Staunton, Ky.; her mother and stepfather, Joyce L. and James Calvert of Chesapeake; her father and stepmother, Richard C. and Susan Taylor of Columbus, Ohio; and several step-sisters and step-brothers of Ohio.
The funeral will be conducted at 7 p.m. today in Graham Funeral Home, South Norfolk Chapel, by the Rev. Craig Perry. The family will receive friends after the service. The interment services will be held at a later date.
