Elbert Jackson ``Pete'' Wilkins, 89, of the 5200 block of Sweetbriar Circle, died Sept. 6, 1995, in Portsmouth.
Mr. Wilkins, a retired leading man pipefitter from Norfolk Naval Shipyard, was born in Norfolk. He was also retired from Hagwoods Laundry.
Survivors include his wife, Margaret Mary Wilkins; one daughter, Beverly W. Moore of Portsmouth; one sister, Eva T. Farlow of California; one granddaughter, Pamela M. Kostinas of Chesapeake; and two great-grandchildren, Robert Jackson Kostinas and Sarah Margaret Kostinas, both of Chesapeake.
The funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. today in Snellings Funeral Home, Churchland Chapel, by the Rev. George Mullinax. Burial will be in Olive Branch Cemetery.
