Thomas Louis Hyatt Sr., 80, of the 100 block of Thames Drive, died Sept. 7, 1995, in Hillhaven-Holmes Nursing Center.
Mr. Hyatt, a retired insurance agent, worked for Independent Life. He was born in Norfolk and was a Methodist. He was a member of Pythian Knights, and was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II.
Survivors include his wife, Inez H. Hyatt; one son, Thomas L. ``Tom'' Hyatt Jr. of Virginia Beach and wonderful daughter-in-law, Mary Beth; two grandchildren, Robin Elizabeth Hyatt and Alyson Nicole Hyatt.
The funeral will be at a later date at the residence. Kellum Funeral Home, Bonney Road Chapel, in charge.
