``I WANT to be able to go to Busch Gardens and walk up those blasted hills without getting out of breath,'' said one caller to our BFIT line last week.
There you have it, folks. Another person breathless to sign up for Fitness Quest.
For some readers it was back to school last week. And for some others it was back to fitness as we added more members to our Fitness Quest rolls.
If you'd like to join or just learn more about exercise and nutrition, call Infoline at 640-5555 and press BFIT (2348). It's not too late to get on board. Fitness Quest runs through December.
Joining Fitness Quest doesn't have to be a lonely undertaking. Families, companies, clubs can sign on.
Fitness Quest members are invited to free exercise classes Tuesdays at 6:30 p.m. at Contemporary Fitness, 306 W. 21st Street, Norfolk. For more information, call Wendy Pirovolos at 622-9469.
