A 32-year-old man found critically injured late Friday in the Dale Homes area died Saturday morning in a hospital.
Reginald Andre Anderson, whose last known address was in the 100 block of Wilson Street in the Cavalier Manor section of the city, died of gunshot wounds at 6:38 a.m. Saturday.
He was found on the ground in the 200 block of Dale Drive shortly after police were called to the area at 11:57 p.m. Friday for a report of shots being fired in the area.
Police have no motive or suspects and ask that anyone with information call investigators at 393-8536 or Portsmouth Crime Line at 488-7777.
