Arline Hardy, 53, of 515 Nicholson St., died Sept. 9, 1995, in Sentara Norfolk General.
She was born in Norfolk and worked for the Norfolk Public Schools for 18 years. She was preceded in death by her father, Robert Hardy.
She is survived by her daughter, Arline Hardy of Norfolk; mother, Mary Hardy of Norfolk; two sisters, Velma Hardy of Norfolk, Jenette Hawkins of Norfolk; one brother, John Henry of Norfolk; one grandchild; and a host of other relatives and friends.
A funeral service will be conducted 1 p.m. Thursday by the Rev. Dr. R.L. Perry in Hale Funeral Chapel, Norfolk. Burial is in Calvary Cemetery. Family and friends will assemble at the home at 12:15 p.m. for the funeral procession to the chapel.
