With Jacqueline Young, a 25-year-old Washington attorney, steering
into a 15-knot breeze atop Jockey's Ridge State Park at Nags Head, a
replica of a Wright Brothers 1902 glider is guided aloft and
released Monday. From left are Phil McIntire, Doug Haver and Rick
Young. A team headed by Young refurbished the replica to fly it
before PBS cameras for a February 1996 documentary on flight.
