A Norfolk man was arrested Friday in connection with the slaying of Timothy Thomas, who was shot to death inside the Club Expressions Sept. 6, police reported Monday.
Michael Lee Harris, 26, of the 1400 block of E. Tanners Creek Road, was arrested about 7:10 p.m. at the Police Operations Center. He was charged with murder and use of a firearm in the commission of a felony, police said.
Thomas, 19, of the 200 block of W. 35th St., was found shot to death in the club located in the 3200 block of E. Princess Anne Road. Three other men were shot.
Eldean Strunkley, 24, and James Portier, 24, both of Miami, and Bobby Cox, 26, of the 1300 block of Lead St. were taken to Sentara Norfolk General Hospital. Their wounds were not life-threatening, police said.
