THERESA A. SCHMIDT

Theresa Ann Schmidt, 55, of Virginia Beach, died Sept. 11, 1995, in a Virginia Beach hospital.

Theresa was a native of Williamsport, Pa. She was a member of Church of the Holy Family Catholic Church in Virginia Beach, Va. Theresa was a graduate of Norfolk Catholic High School, class of 1958, and was a member of the basketball team. She also attended the Division of William & Mary in Norfolk.

Theresa was the daughter of the late John F. Schmidt, and is survived by her mother, Mary Miele Schmidt; two brothers, John A. Schmidt and his wife, Marion Schmidt, and Gene T. Schmidt, all of Virginia Beach; three nieces, Cathleen Gormley of Fairfax, Va., Theresa Jean Schmidt of Arlington, Va., Rachel Schmidt of Virginia Beach; three nephews, John A. Schmidt Jr. and Joseph Schmidt, both of Wilmington, N.C., and Anthony A. Schmidt of Virginia Beach.

A Mass of the Resurrection will be conducted at 11 a.m. Thursday, September 14, 1995, at Church of the Holy Family Catholic Church by Father James Noto. Burial will be at Princess Anne Memorial Park. There will be a rosary service in H.D. Oliver Funeral Apts., Laskin Road, Virginia Beach, today at 7:30 p.m., conducted by Chaplain Jim Fedor.

Memorial donations may be made to the Church of the Holy Family Catholic Church, 1279 North Great Neck Road, Virginia Beach, Va. 23454, or Children's Hospital of The King's Daughters, 601 Children's Lane, Norfolk, Va.
