EVA I. FLORA

Eva Idell Flora, 93, of the 1100 block of Hull St., died Sept. 12, 1995, in Chesapeake General Hospital.

She was a native of Portsmouth and was the widow of Samuel Columbus Flora Jr. She was a member of South Norfolk Baptist Church, Chesapeake, where she was a member of Friendship Bible Class.

She is survived by three daughters, Virginia Geusic, Ruth Hanbury and Mildred Bland, all of Chesapeake; two sons, Robert Flora of Chesapeake, and Howard Flora of Moyock, N.C.; one sister, Elsie Gay of Norfolk; 14 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.

A graveside service will be conducted at 2 p.m. today by the Rev. Frank Hughes Jr. Burial will be in Riverside Memorial Park, Norfolk. The family will be at 2013 Chesapeake Ave., Chesapeake. Francis A. Gay Funeral Home, South Norfolk Chapel, is handling arrangements.
