Mrs. Dorothy Cottrell Simpson, 91, of Fredericksburg, died Wednesday, Sept. 13, 1995, at Mary Washington Hospital.
Survivors include her husband, Grellet C. Simpson, president emeritus of Mary Washington College; three nephews, William A. Robertson Jr., of Ashland, Frank S. Robertson of Norfolk and Charles Smith of California; and one niece, Virginia Tull Phipps of Baltimore, Md.
A memorial service will be held at a later date. Memorial contributions may be made to the Fredericksburg Rescue Squad, P.O. Box 444, Fredericksburg, Va. 22404. Arrangements by Mullins & Thompson Fredericksburg Chapel.
