Constance Traywick Niles, 72, of Route 2, formerly of Chesapeake, died at her home Sept. 14, 1995.
Niles was born Aug. 24, 1923, to the late Pearl Davis and C.G. Traywick. She later married Raymond Rudolph Niles, in Newport News, on Nov. 2, 1941. She was a member of Rosemont Christian Church of Chesapeake.
Survivors include her husband, Raymond R. Niles; a daughter, Constance N. Hallum of Stoneridge, N.Y.; a son, Dr. R.R. Niles Jr. of Fairfax, Va.; a sister, Pearl Davis Moore of Newport News; and six grandchildren.
The funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Monday in the chapel of Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Indian River Chapel, by Pastor Rob Harrell. Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Cemetery, Norfolk. The family will have visiting hours at the Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Indian River Chapel, Monday afternoon one hour prior to the service. Arrangements are by Paul Funeral Home, Washington, N.C.
