Lewis Daughtrey Williams, 72, died Sept. 15, 1995.
Mr. Williams was an attorney for 45 years and was a member of the Scottish Rite, the 66th Infantry Panther Division during World War II, and was a member of Mt. Pisgah United Methodist Church.
He is survived by his wife, Patricia Williams; his children, Lewis D. Williams Jr., Burch Williams, Jake Berman, Kerry Armbruster, Susan Elliot, Deborah Snellings, and Mark Williams; his brother, Alton G. Williams of Corvalis, Ore.; and 16 grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a son, Matthew Burch Williams.
The family will receive friends from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Sunday in the Huguenot Chapel, Woody Funeral Home, 1020 Huguenot Road, Midlothian, Va. The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Monday in Mount Pisgah United Methodist Church, Midlothian. Interment will be in the church cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the Yellow Brick Road Fund, in care of the hospital auxillary, Childrens Medical Center at Medical College of Virginia, 407 College St., Richmond, Va. 23219, or to the American Diabetes Association.
