HELPING MAKE A MONUMENT IN PORTSMOUTH

Rear Adm. William R. Rowley breaks the ground Friday at the Naval

Medical Center in Portsmouth for a POW/MIA monument that will be

dedicated on Veterans' Day. The monument is a project of command's

First Class Petty Officer Association that held fund-raising events

during the summer.
