WOMEN DEMEANED

Sen. Bob Packwood's sexual misconduct sent a clear message to every decent woman in America: You have one purpose in life and that is to fulfill a man's sexual fantasy.

Packwood's behavior should be viewed as sexist, biased and down-right offensive. Senator Packwood used his power in the Senate to demean and exploit the vulnerabilities of the women on his staff.

I call upon every decent woman involved in the Packwood scandal to come forward and stand up for her rights and bring criminal charges against the disgraced senator from Oregon.
