Tidewater Humane volunteers were on hand Saturday at Pembroke Mall
to administer rabies shots to pets in honor of National Homeless
Animal's day. In line for shots are, from left, Diane Givens and her
cat, Tilly; Ellen M. Holmes and her mother, Sheron, holding Arie,
Samantha and Oliver, all Yorkshire terriers. Tidewater Humane also
gave out discount certificates for spaying and neutering.
