Nellie Bryan (letter, Sept. 12) commends columnist Guy Friddell. So do I. His column is as refreshing as a summer breeze. His compassion and respect for all humankind, especially women, shine through.
In this troubled and violent world, we could use a few more people like him. Any man who loves his dog as he does proves my point.
