Florence Worrock Norris, 74, of the 400 block of Mt. Vernon Ave., died Sept. 17, 1995, in a Portsmouth hospital.
She was a native of Roanoke Rapids, N.C., and registered nurse. She was a graduate of St. Vincent of DePaul.
Survivors include her mother, Sadie Garriss Worrock of Portsmouth; three sons, Michael Norris of San Antonio, Texas, Christopher Norris of Tempe, Ariz., Charles Norris of San Diego, Calif.; one sister, Faye Dawes of Elizabeth City, N.C.; eight grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
A graveside service will be conducted at 3 p.m. today in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens by the Rev. John A. Bright. Sturtevant Funeral Home, Portsmouth Boulevard Chapel, is in charge.
