Robert A. ``Peter'' Howell, 33, of the 1600 block of Lester Court, died Sept. 19, 1995, in Hampton Palliative Care Center, Hampton.
He was born in Portsmouth. Survivors include his parents, Shirley L. Howell and Walter E. Howell Sr., both of Portsmouth; one sister, Michelle D. Howell of Portsmouth; two brothers, Walter E. Howell Jr. of Chesapeake, and Anthony L. Howell of Portsmouth; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, in-laws, and friends.
The funeral will be conducted at 1:30 p.m. Sunday in Corprew Funeral Home Chapel, Portsmouth, by the Rev. Warren E. Amlet. Burial will be at 11 a.m. Monday in Quantico National Cemetery, Triangle, Va. Family and friends will assemble at the funeral home at 7:30 a.m. and depart for burial at 8 a.m. Monday.
