LUCILLE BURNS

Lucille Burns, 74, a resident of Somerdale, N.J., and a member of Bethany Baptist Church there, began her journey home on Sept. 18, 1995.

A native of Norfolk, Va., Mrs. Burns was the daughter of the late Carey and Rosa Boush, and the wife of William Moses Burns.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by a daughter, Sandra Brown; a son, William Burns Jr.; and four grandchildren, Cheroler Brown, Martina Brown, Darren Burns, and Curtis Burns, all of Somerdale; a sister, Willa Mae Carter of Portsmouth; one brother, Milton Boush of Norfolk; a sister-in-law Marion Boush; and a host of nieces and nephews.

The funeral will be conducted at Graves Funeral Home Saturday, Sept. 23, 1995, at noon by the Rev. R.A. Councill. Burial will be in Roosevelt Memorial Park. The family will leave from the home of Milton Boush, 820 East 29th St., Norfolk.
