Two Norfolk men have been charged with the shooting death earlier this month of a 17-year-old whose body was found in Virginia Beach.
Police believe robbery was the motive in the killing.
Norfolk police assisted Virginia Beach investigators in the arrests Friday of Christopher S. Jamison, 21, of the 900 block of H Ave. and Ivory L. Brown, 18, of the 1000 block of Johnston's Road.
Louis Lamont White, 17, of the 3600 block of Lenoir Circle in Norfolk, was found about Sept. 7 about 2:15 a.m. in a car on a remote road across near Norfolk International Airport.
Detectives were called to the scene in the 1100 block of Barrs Road - in the Burton Station section of Virginia Beach - after airport police found White dead in the car.
Jamison, who was being held in the Norfolk City Jail without bond on unrelated charges, was charged with first-degree murder and conspiracy to commit robbery.
Brown was charged with capital murder, using a gun in commission of a felony, conspiracy to commit a felony and conspiracy to commit robbery. He was being held without bond Friday night at the Virginia Beach Correctional Center.
