The North Landing Bridge on Centerville Turnpike is closed for repairs until Oct. 6.
The bridge will remain open to boat traffic, but boaters are cautioned about construction.
The closure is necessary to facilitate sand blasting while complying with environmental and health regulations. Vehicular traffic on Centerville Turnpike will be detoured along Indian River, Elbow and Mount Pleasant roads.
