TRY A WARNING SIGN

Several years ago, I scuba dived in Florida's submersed caves. Every year inexperienced divers die in the caves. In one cave was a tombstone and a stop sign warning inexperienced divers not to go beyond. I can assure you, it stopped me and others from going any farther.

Regarding saving lives on the Bay Bridge: I wonder if an electronic board at each end of the bridge flashing the total number of deaths that have occurred in head-on collisions would curb deaths?
