William H. Deloatch Sr., 59, of 32091 Virginia St., died Sept. 22, 1995, in Southampton County.
He was a native of Northampton County and preceded in death by his father, Gonston Deloatch. He had been retired eight years from Aster Nut Prod. where he worked for 25 years. He was a member of New Bethel Baptist Church where he was on the trustee board.
Mr. Deloatch is survived his mother, Eunice Deloatch; two sons, William H. Deloatch Jr. and Carlton A. Deloatch; three brothers, Claude Deloatch, Calvin Deloatch and Manuel Deloatch; three sisters, Emma Gibbons, Mary E. Warren and Ethel M. Deloatch; and four grandchildren.
A funeral service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Thursday in New Bethel Baptist Church by the Rev. Joseph Etheridge. Burial will be in Oak Grove Cemetery. Elvin Vaughan Funeral Home is in charge.
