Rosalie Evelyn Spry, 68, of the 1000 block of Colonial Ave., died Saturday, Sept. 16, 1995, as the result of an automobile accident in Sullivan County, Tenn.
She was the daughter of the late Alfred G. and Helen Ann Putnam Bjorklund. She was a native of Riverside, Calif., and had lived in Norfolk for the past 50 years.
She was a homemaker and an active member of the Senior Citizens Group and Meals on Wheels.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Harvey Clinton Spry; one brother; and one step-grandson, Trever Allen.
She is survived by three daughters, Elizabeth Ann Kelley of Vass, N.C., Lila Kathleen Sholl of Gloucester, Va., Deborah Leann Canard of Garland, Texas; two sons, Dewitt Conard Spry of Bloomville, N.Y., David Clinton Spry of Hampton, Va.; 10 grandchildren; and one great grandchild.
