Prime Tony Smith, 42, of the 2700 block of Whitestone Ave., died Sept. 23, 1995.
He is survived by his son, Shannon Short; mother, Mary M. Smith; father, Prime Smith; one sister, Carolyn Riley; one brother, Michael Smith Sr.; and several nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be conducted at noon Wednesday in Lincoln Memorial Cemetery, Chesapeake, by the Rev. Sidney Foster. Fisher Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.
