Blanche C. Arnold, 80, of the 8000 block of Cape View Ave., died Monday, Sept. 25, 1995, in Sentara Leigh Hospital.
Mrs. Arnold was born in Bakersville, N.C., and reared in Unicoi County, Tenn. She was a teacher in the Norfolk City Public Schools for many years. She was the window of Thomas C. Arnold.
Survivors include a sister, Mrs. Margaret Buchanan of Erwin, Tenn.; a niece, Betty Burton of Norfolk; and numerous other nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be conducted at 10 a.m. Wednesday in Rosewood Memorial Park. The family will be at Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Tidewater Drive Chapel, today from 7 to 8:30 p.m.
