Norfolk Southern Corp. announced Wednesday that its board elected D. Henry Watts vice chairman. Watts has been the Norfolk-based railroad's executive vice president of marketing since 1986. John Turbyfill also is a vice chairman at Norfolk Southern. Watts has been with the railroad since 1950, working up to vice president of personnel, then executive vice president of corporate marketing before moving to marketing.
