Betty Wright Neilson died Sept. 28, 1995, in Virginia Beach.
Mrs. Neilson, the widow of Eugene F. Neilson, was born in Johnstown, Pa. She was a volunteer with Health and Rehabilitation Services.
Survivors include one son, Bruce E. Neilson of Tampa, Fla.; one sister, Phyllis Mosteller of Fort Myers, Fla.; and four grandchildren. She was predeceased by a daughter, Patricia Smith of Norfolk.
A memorial service will be at 3 p.m. Sunday in Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Bayside Chapel. Memorial donations may be made to the Patricia Smith Memorial Fund, c/o Norview High School, 1070 Middleton Place, Norfolk, Va. 23513.
